Originally erected as a Masonic Hall in 1880, the building was significantly altered in 1928 when extensive changes were made to both rebuild and extend the facilities. It is this latter building that remains largely unchanged from that time. It forms an imposing landmark and houses some beautiful architecture from a time when quality was everything.
In 2003 the Hall was extended with the addition of the Belgrave Suite, a luxurious and spacious Conference and Banqueting Centre. No expense was spared to ensure that it met the high standards expected by today’s fast-moving commercial companies, who know that good management is the creation of the right environment to do good business – and sometimes “the right environment” has a literal translation. The main building retains its air of sophistication with a wedding chapel of such splendour that it is to be envied for its beauty. And so from Marble Halls to Modern Luxury, the Belgrave Rooms can accommodate your every business and private family event.
